There is so much to celebrate during IAIP Week, May 18 – 24! We are a vibrant organization of insurance professionals supporting each other through many changes over the last few years. What have we done?
- Adapted to using virtual tools to stay connected
- Engaged in learning through our Learning Management System and virtually led classes
- Continuously worked to improve our classes to be relevant in the current work environments
- Launched the Associate in Client Relations designation
- Enhanced our scholarship and grant offerings through the Legacy Foundation
- And so much more!
Through it all, the most important thing for me is that we stayed connected – whether virtually or in-person – the strength of IAIP is our people. For this I say “Thank You”.
What is Vermont Association of Insurance Professionals, VTAIP, doing to celebrate IAIP Week? Here are some of our plans:
- We requested a proclamation from our Governor
- We are holding our annual meeting on Tuesday, May 20 where we will recognize our member’s employers for their support and encouragement
- We are holding a silent auction at our annual meeting to support the Legacy Foundation
- We are personally inviting local agencies and insurance partners that do not currently have IAIP members to our May annual meeting – providing a Welcome Packet to IAIP/VTAIP
- The invitation includes free registration for one person to attend
- We will be making daily posts on our social media pages from members who are sharing how IAIP/VTAIP has benefited them in their insurance career journey
Please share how you are planning to celebrate IAIP Week – this is yet another great benefit of our networking organization! Message Stephanie J. Oakes, through the IAIP website or by emailing vtaippresident@gmail.com. Share your ideas with everyone that you can and enjoy the many benefits of IAIP!
